Digital Agreements
7-Day Refund Guarantee
We stand securely behind our digital products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Indian customers are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of the original transaction date. To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your order ID. Refunds will be processed seamlessly to the original payment method (UPI, Net Banking, or Credit/Debit Cards) within 5-7 business days. This is only applicable if there is a mention of refund on landing page. In such cases, all purchases are considered final and no refund will be issued.
Digital Product Licensing
Upon successful payment, Lowcarbinsights.com India grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the acquired digital products for personal or internal business purposes. You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or publicly sharing the provided materials without explicit written consent. All intellectual property rights remain exclusively with Lowcarbinsights.com India.
Payment Terms (INR)
All transactions are processed natively in Indian Rupees (INR). We securely accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking via our compliant payment gateway partners. Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout. Your financial information is securely encrypted and never stored on our operational servers.
Indian Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising from these agreements, or your interaction with our digital products, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within India.
There is no guarantee for the results or outcomes with the use of digital products, one to one calls, webinars, and conversations on community forums. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer, or user of the products for any results they get in real life.
